Delivery & Returns

We currently deliver within the UK only.

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

Standard UK delivery: £5.95.

Baskets and mirrors: £19.95.

Larger pots and planters: £30.00.

If your order includes pieces with different delivery charges, you will pay only the highest of those charges, not a combined total. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, before you pay.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During collection launches or preorder periods, dispatch times may vary slightly and will be clearly communicated.

Dispatch is the point at which your order leaves us. Delivery follows once it has been dispatched, and the time this takes depends on the carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

We hope you love your pieces as much as we do. However, if you would like to return an item, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return delivery unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

As many of our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, finish and shape are considered part of the character of the product and are not treated as faults.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
